How do I receive my digital files?

After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files directly from your order confirmation page. Downloads are available immediately — no waiting!

What file formats do digital printables come in?

Most printables are delivered as high-resolution PDF and/or PNG files (300 DPI or higher), ready to print at home or at your local print shop.

Can I print my digital files as many times as I want?

Yes! Once you purchase a digital file, you can print it as many times as you like for personal use. Files are licensed for personal use only — please do not resell or redistribute them.

What size should I print my files?

Each listing includes recommended print sizes. Most files are designed for standard paper sizes (8.5" x 11", 5" x 7", 4" x 6", etc.). You can also scale them up or down in most print software.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all digital download sales are final. If you have a problem with your file, please reach out — I'm happy to help troubleshoot or send a replacement.

How long does shipping take?

Physical products (t-shirts, mugs, decals, car magnets) typically ship within 3–5 business days of your order. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?
